New Website · What to Send Us
Your work is the
star. Let's gather it.
The new site is built to put your spaces front and center — the living walls, the moss art, the finished installs people remember. Here's the shortlist of what to send so we can build with the real thing, not stand-ins.

The things that make it sing
First priority
If you send nothing else, send these. They're what turns a nice website into your website.
Project photos
most important
- Your best finished installs — green walls, moss walls, lobbies, offices, atriums, holiday setups
- A few before & after pairs if you have them — these sell hard
- Detail shots — close-ups of moss texture, plant health, craftsmanship
- Highest quality you have. Phone photos are totally fine — more is better, we'll curate.
Clients & proof
most important
- Which clients we can name on the site (JLL, CBRE, DPR, Cheesecake Factory, etc.) — and any to leave off
- Any real quotes / testimonials — even a sentence, with a name + title/company if they're OK to show
- A short story or result from a favorite project (what they needed, what you did)
Why this matters
Your biggest competitors lean on stock looks and hotel logos with no story. Real photos of real work + named clients is the one thing they can't copy — it's your unfair advantage, so we lead with it.
Helpful next
When you get a minute
Not urgent for launch, but each of these sharpens the site and feeds what comes after.
You & the team
nice to have
- A photo of you (and the team) — the on-site design and hands-on craft is part of the story
- A couple lines on your approach — what makes the Biozenic touch different
Brand bits
nice to have
- Your logo file(s) — the original if you have it (vector/PNG)
- Any brand colors, fonts, or past materials you like (or ones you hate)
The offerings, in your words
helps SEO
- How you describe silk / artificial plants — and how far you'll travel / subcontract for them
- Your remote moss-wall approach for out-of-area clients (this becomes its own selling point)
- How leasing & management works — the recurring side buyers should understand
- Holiday package details when ready — what's offered, rough timing, how it's promoted
Newsletter & social
for phase two
- Does your old newsletter list still exist? Any past newsletters or blog posts to build on
- Your LinkedIn and any other social handles to link and grow
The easy part
How to get it to us
However's easiest for you — don't overthink it, don't organize it. We'll sort and polish everything on our end.
Three simple options
- Shared folder — drop files into a Google Drive / Dropbox link (we can send you one)
- Email — attach and send to agency@luckymr.me (a few emails is fine)
- Text / AirDrop — phone photos can come straight from your camera roll
No bottleneck
We're building in parallel right now with stand-in images, so nothing waits on you. As your real photos and stories come in, we swap them into place — the site only gets more you as we go.
